Iceland x Shy!Male reader- Truth or Dare?

[M/n] had always been very shy around people, especially Emil’s family. Emil’s family consisted of Emil who is Icelandic, Lukas who is Norwegian, Mathias who is Danish, Berwald who is Swedish, Tino who is Finnish, and Peter who is Lukas and Berwald’s son. Berwald is (kind of) imitating and quiet, Mathias who is loud and rowdy, and always get threatened by Lukas to get choked by his own red tie he wears all the time.
The only problem is if Lukas and Mathias get in a fight and Berwald is asleep and can’t stop them. That had happened at least twice now, during the time that he had visited the household. He loves to pat Hanamatago, Tino’s snow white dog that had gotten out once and ended up in [M/n]’s [f/c] shirt when he was about to open the door. Tino had apologized for his dog getting out. Emil had chuckled from the living room while eating his black licorice.
Today the house hold was holding a Truth or Dare competition; Peter was over at Elizabeta and Roderick’s house for the night. There was a clean living room with six people, including [M/n], sitting in a circle with six water bottles which was required by [M/n] since he was under the age of 21 so they didn’t want to be rude. It began with a roll of the dice. Emil had gotten a 4, Lukas had gotten a 1, Mathias had gotten a 6, Berwald had gotten a 5, Tino had gotten a 3, and [M/n] had gotten a 2; numbers indicated how the circle was organized.
Mathias began with, “[M/n], truth or dare?”
Being the shy person was he chose. “Truth.”
“Do you have a crush on someone in this room?” Mathias asked.
“Um… yes…” [M/n] mumbled blushing as he said it. “Tino, truth or dare?”
“Dare.”
“I dare you to kiss Berwald.”
Tino then kissed Berwald on the lips. “Lukas, truth or dare?”
“Dare.”
“I dare you to kiss Mathias.”
Lukas blushed before kissing Mathias on the lips. “Emil, truth or dare?”
“Dare.”
“I dare you to give all, I repeat ALL of you of your licorice, including your secret stash that you thought no one knew about, to [M/n].”
“But—”
“No buts, it’s a dare; fair and square.” Lukas said.
Emil got up and placed the bag of licorice that he was currently working on in [M/n]’s lap, walked into the kitchen opened five various cabinets and hidden compartments with the cabinets and pulled out over 50 bags of licorice and placed it on [M/n]’s lap, then walked back to his spot and sat down.
“Mathias, truth or dare?” Emil asked.
“Dare.”
“I dare you to kiss Berwald.”
The Dane flushed red before kissing Berwald on the lips.
“Berwald, truth or dare?” Mathias asked.
“Tr’th.” Berwald replied.
“Where were you last night?” Lukas asked, blocking out Mathias’s question.
“W’th M’th’’s ‘’t dr’nk’ng.” the Swede replied. “[M/n], tr’th ‘r d’r’?”
“Dare.”
“K’ss ‘m’l.”
[M/n] then kissed Emil on the lips, the snow haired boy’s lips tasted like black licorice.

The young boy, about seven, shook his head tears at his eyes, "I-i don't want to go without them Ms. Hungary!" he cried out holding onto the now full grown Italy's hand, who looked sad as well.
"Ve~ Don't worry bello its only for a few days! I'm sure he'll-a come out in-a few days!" Italy tried cheering him up, the young boy looked up at him, "Promise."
Italy smiled nodding, "Okay! B-but remember n-never break a promise!" He sniffed, "Don't worry Bello, I won't."

Standing up I looked around the room I was in before deciding to leave and journey downstairs a faint sound was coming from my right but to my left I could hear people speaking.

"Vell, I've tried zooking around. No ones missing a child."

A-austria! Why does his name seem so familiar, why does it seem as if I know this Austria person?
"So? Vhat do ve do?" Mister Gilbert muttered he and his younger brother nodded.
"He's going to the meeting."
"W-wait? What meeting, what do you mean I'm a… c-capital?" I whimpered looking up at Mister Gilbert a sacred expression written on my face, "What are they gonna do to me?"

Now this makes no sense at all. Why would Lukas be fine with it when Tino kissed Berwald when Lukas married him?? And Berwald was okay when Lukas kissed Mathias. It said that Lukas and Berwald were married and had a child named Peter. This doesn't make any sense AT ALL! If you could, then please explain it to me. If you can't, then change the storyline.
